Our Brief
SimplyHair is our longest-running internal brand, with over a decade of experience under the leadership of our Managing Director, Piperis, and his wife, Amy. After facing challenges with slow load times, increasing hosting costs, and downtime issues on their previous WooCommerce platform, SimplyHair made the transition to Shopify four years ago.
Our approach
The close collaboration between the SimplyHair and digitalbeans teams has enabled us to oversee the brand’s expansion meticulously. Over the past year, we have implemented advanced features such as wholesale/customer-specific pricing with intricate rules based on customer profiles and product collections, multi-currency support, and sophisticated international shipping rules to determine shipping times and prices. Additionally, our efforts have focused on optimising the product page by leveraging customisations and apps to increase average order value and conversion rates.
