New Web Build

Troo came to us after experiencing error after error when trying to edit their old website. A poorly built site by their previous agency meant that they found themselves unable to properly manage the site's content. Starting afresh, using a solid base and reputable plugins was the name of the game here.

User Engagement

To increase user engagement, we scoped and built an interactive tool; the Gut Health Quiz. Utilising conditional logic functionality within a custom form, we built a multi-step quiz that delivered the end-user information and products most suited to their needs. The quiz also allowed Troo to capture customer data which is automatically synced with their email marketing tool, Klayvio.

Product & Order Migration

All products and historical orders were migrated across to the new site to ensure continuity and operational efficiency as part of the go-live process. The entire catalog was synced with the team's backend warehouse operation to ensure that stock levels were accurate and 3rd party integrations were in place to avoid fulfilment delays.
