iuLabs, a pioneer in innovative health supplements, approached us with a vision to revolutionise their online presence. Recognising that conventional supplements often fall short in addressing critical health areas such as oxidative stress, inflammation, and energy systems, iuLabs sought to offer superior, science-driven natural products. Their focus on joint health, immune support, and energy support, coupled with a commitment to working closely with customers and practitioners, demanded an e-commerce platform that could match their ambition and facilitate growth. We came onboard to help iuLabs migrate their store over to Shopify with a specific focus on introducing subscriptions and implementing strategies to better allow customers to modify their subscriptions and reduce churn.
Our approach
Our task was to migrate iuLabs from their limiting WooCommerce store to the more robust Shopify platform. This comprehensive project encompassed store setup with customised design, full data migration including products, posts, pages, customers, and orders, and the seamless transfer of subscription data to Recharge. We installed and activated essential apps like Klaviyo, Shipstation, and Yotpo to enhance functionality. Throughout the process, we conducted thorough testing, provided detailed tutorials for store management, and executed a smooth domain and traffic switch. The result was a fully-optimised Shopify store that not only overcame the limitations of their previous platform but also positioned iuLabs for significant future growth, enabling them to better serve their health-conscious customer base with their innovative product line and improved subscription model.
