Pets Purest is a UK per supplement brand with a focus on pet wellbeing. Their treats are 100% natural and their supplements and hygiene products help keep pets feeling healthy from the inside out.
Our approach
Pets Purest came to us wanting to elevate their e-commerce presence and drive sustainable growth. Our collaboration saw us working in tandem with their internal team and external agencies to unlock new potential with their Shopify store.
Key projects include the development and implementation of an innovative Health Quiz, designed to enhance customer engagement and provide personalised product recommendations. This feature not only improved the user experience but also contributed significantly to increasing the average order value. Alongside this, we undertook continuous store optimisation process, focusing on implementing improvements to raise conversion rate. A full-scale rebrand, including a complete theme rebuild, which refreshed Pets Purest’s digital presence and aligned it more closely with their premium, natural product offering was also completed. Throughout the project, our role as strategic advisors ensured that all developments – from new features to visual changes – were underpinned by data-driven decisions and industry best practices, setting Pets Purest on a trajectory for continued e-commerce success.
