Simply Hair is a hair extension supplier, providing 100% human, virgin Remy hair extensions to individuals and businesses.

From the very start, both project goals were clear. The aim was to increase brand awareness and profit margin through a brand new digital strategy.

We decided on a brand new website…

The decision was made quickly. The old template looked outdated and a new theme would help simplify the customer’s journey to enable quick conversions and an SEO strategy increasing new user acquisition.

To help the SEO and improve the simplicity of navigation, we revamped the content map and menu to make sure the customer could complete their order quicker than before and also access valuable content related to the products.

Ensuring the in-house web team could maintain the website and edit products with an acceptable amount of ease was another key factor of this project. So, every content block created is easy to customise and we provided training within WordPress and WooCommerce.


After completing Technical and Organic SEO audits and competitor research, we put in to place an effective strategy to help rank the SimplyHair website among the top hair extension brands in the UK.

We’ve also launched a number of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns around Black Friday and the New Year party season that has helped grow their social presence and client base.

With Google Ads we’re constantly managing and maintaining campaigns. This includes the changing of budgets, creative and competing for keywords.
