Our Brief

Frankly was an idea born during the COVID lockdown period and launched two years ago on Shopify, utilising a basic theme and easy-to-maintain ads. Over the past 12 months, we have propelled the brand’s growth by building stronger landing pages, prioritising a reviews strategy and user-generated content (UGC), adding gift bags for increased average order value (AOV), strategically developing stronger ad creative and content with their internal team, introducing apps like TripleWhale for enhanced data segmentation, and integrating restock alerts to prevent missed sales opportunities due to stock shortages.






Our approach

Our comprehensive approach for Frankly has yielded remarkable results. In the first quarter of 2024, the brand witnessed a threefold increase in orders compared to the previous quarter. Advertising campaigns have become more profitable than ever, and the AOV has risen thanks to the introduction of gift bags and buy-one-get-x%-off offers. Data-driven insights have facilitated better business decisions when scaling paid campaigns and marketing channels. Furthermore, the conversion rate has improved, and customers are actively utilising the pre-order feature when products are out of stock.
