The Challenge

Looking to launch in an already busy market, SimplyHair wants to stand out beside other well-established hair extension vendors in the UK.

From the very start both project goals were clear, the time was now for SimplyHair to increase brand awareness and profit margin.

To do this we’d need to create a new website designed to simplify the customers journey to quick conversions and an SEO strategy that would improve new user acquisition.

How we helped

Our first task was to make sure the website visually focussed on the products. To do this we’d need to make the navigation easy to use, so the customer could complete their order within seconds.

Having a dedicated team in-house, we also wanted to make the website easy to edit for them. We made sure every content block created was easy to customise and provided some basic training within WordPress.

Whilst the web development project was underway, we worked on an effective SEO strategy to help rank the SimplyHair website among some of the top hair extension brands in the UK. After researching and understanding the target market, we ran successful campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.


Since the new website went live we’ve seen an increase of 45% in organic transactions and a 51% increase in revenue.

During the same period, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns had a 43% conversion rate and on Google Ads 36% of clicks turned to profit.

Altogether SimplyHair has had a 41.7% increase in revenue since relaunching the website and starting an on-going SEO campaign.
